How long does it take to fulfill an order?

In-stock items are shipped out withing 24 hours and are received between 2-5 days depending on your location. Products out of stock will ship out once in stock.

What is your return policy?

Retuns or exchanges of incorrect unused items or defective items can be sent to 3281 Fairlanne Farms Road, Wellington, FL 33414. Free return and exchange shipping for incorrect or defective items.

Will my insurance reimburse for Pure Strides?

PDAC-approved Pure Strides orthotics may be reimbursed by some commercial insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier for this information or instructions.

Can I wash my Pure Strides?

To best maintain your Pure Stride products, we suggest cleaning them by hand with warm water and soap and then air-drying them.

How long will my Pure Strides last?

The lifespan of Pure Strides varies from patient to patient. Physical condition, activity level, and current foot conditions all contribute to how long Pure Strides are effective and differ for eacah individual patient. We suggest that when your symptoms begin to return, you may want to replace your Pure Stride product because they aren't working optimally at that point.
